At Sam Moon Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number and a printable shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
